Camp Discovery Asia is a premier international summer camp dedicated to empowering youths and teens through transformative programs in leadership, life skills, and academic excellence. Over the past 16 years, we’ve inspired thousands of young minds from over a dozen countries to discover their true potential, connect across cultures, and embrace new challenges.
As we expand our reach, we’re looking for passionate and dedicated Team Leaders to join our international team.
Team Leader Role
As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our programmes. Your responsibilities will include:
Mentoring and Guiding Participants: Create a nurturing and engaging environment that encourages personal growth and development while supporting a group of campers.
Facilitating Activities: Collaborate with Facilitators to lead dynamic workshops, team-building exercises, and group discussions that enhance leadership, life skills, and teamwork.
Fostering Connections: Inspire participants to break cultural barriers and build meaningful, lasting friendships.
Prioritising Well-being: Ensure the safety, emotional well-being, and positive experience of each camper under your care.
Collaborating with the Team: Partner with fellow camp staff to deliver a cohesive, impactful, and memorable camp experience.

Experienced Leaders: You bring prior experience in mentoring, teaching, or leading youth programmes, with a proven ability to inspire and guide others.
Dynamic and Energetic: Your positivity, enthusiasm, and adaptability help create an engaging and uplifting environment.
Dedicated to Excellence: You are dependable, well-organized, and fully committed to ensuring a safe, impactful, and unforgettable experience for every participant.
Requirements
Minimum Age: 18 years old
Relevant Experience: Prior experience in camps, education, or youth leadership programmes is highly advantageous.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
Commitment: Able to attend a 2-day residential pre-camp training session and commit to the entire camp duration.
Availability: Willingness to participate in camps held in Singapore, with potential opportunities in other locations across Asia.
