About Global Leadership Academy
The Global Leadership Academy Discovery (GLA Discovery) is a transformative summer leadership programme for youth, helping teens from around the world gain the confidence, leadership skills, and global perspective they need to lead change within themselves and their community. Using an award-winning experience-based learning approach, youth are actively engaged in learning through games, challenges, activities, discussions, and reflections that will take them out of their comfort zone, help them gain new skills, and learn more about themselves and their unique skills and passions.

Camp Duration: 7 Days / 6 Nights
Location: NSRCC Changi, Singapore
We welcome campers aged 10 to 17 to join the camp, with tailored activities designed to suit different ages and developmental stages.
Junior (ages 10-13)
Senior (ages 14-17)
Both programmes share the same learning objectives – developing leadership skills, gaining confidence, and creating a global mindset.
The programmes run concurrently and the two groups also spend much of their time together, including meals, afternoon activities, and about 50% of programme activities.
• Early Registration by March 31 – Saving of SGD 200 per camper
• Registering 2 or more – Additional saving of SGD 100 each
• Register & deposit SGD 500 to reserve a place.
Camp Fee: 2,950 SGD
IB Relevance
The programme’s approach is aligned with the IB Learner Profile in supporting participants to develop competencies within the 10 Attributes and create positive change in themselves and those around them, both locally and globally Programme hours 4+ “service” hours 40 hours of leadership training ~8 “activity” hours (does not include optional active afternoon activities, eg. gym, pool, sports) ~10 “creativity” hours (does not include optional creative afternoon activities, eg. crafts, art)
